Blunt Apple Torchlight is intended to be a safe space to discuss and create new things. It is a kind of chrysalis for potentially transformative experiences in consciousness to yield a more responsive universe and a more responsive reality.
We have this ambitious goal of altering the conditions under which reality selects itself, and believe this can be accomplished in part by training the perceptual apparatus to recognize patterns it previously filtered out as noise.
The proprietors wish they were so cool as to be Hermetics or Gnostics. But, humbly, they are but normal people adrift in the current symbolically oversaturated times. They have day jobs and know seriously that the subject matters addressed here must remain relegated to the status of “hobby” or “passion” or “interest,” lest the rest of the world catch on and try to commoditize it and snuff all of the safety out of it in terms of how openly one can and should communicate. They will introduce themselves individually as soon as we can all figure out how to set up out own accounts instead of messing around in admin.
