The impulse of CREATION
We here at the Blunt Apple Torchlight headquarters have articulated a goal of altering the conditions under which reality selects itself. This will be partly accomplished by training perceptual apparatus to recognize patterns it previously filtered out as noise. We have made this a stated goal for shits and giggles… just kinda to see what happens.
“Creation” is filtered through the context of these definitions:
OMNISCIENCE = the state of knowing everything
OMNIPOTENCE = the quality of having unlimited power
INFINITUDE = the state of quality of having no limit
PERFECTION = the state of quality of bring free from defects
WHAT MOVES A COMPLETE AND POTENTIALLY PERFECT QUANTUM SUBSTRATE OUT OF STASIS?
There is a why and a how to this question.
MARIA STROMME – addresses the HOW component of the question. She wrote a very important technical paper proposing to mathematically model the creation and differentiation of consciousness. And we took the liberty of reading it a bunch of times and misinterpreting it maybe as follows –
Consciousness = a universal, formless reality from which all experiences arise
MIND = a universal creative intelligence, the source for all potential – the driver of creation; the metaphysical foundation form which all differentiation and structure arises; an ENTITY.
CONSCIOUSNESS = the universal capacity for awareness, enabling all forms to be perceived and experienced, the substrate through which space, time, and matter are realized; an ABILITY or POTENTIAL OF an ACTING ENTITY.
THOUGHT = the creative mechanism that transforms the potential of mind and consciousness into the subjective; structures realities of individual experience; a MECHANISM by which the ENTITY ACTS IN its ABILITY/POTENTIAL.
O: FOUNDATIONAL or BASELINE LEVEL – the Mind is a metaphysical form that – (i) provides STRUCTURE to the field of universal consciousness; (ii) drives differentiation of the field of consciousness FROM timeless and formless POTENTIAL TO STRUCTURED STATES; and, (iii) ensures coherence in the evolution of reality, linking undifferentiated sources to differentiated PHYSICAL PHENOMENA.
The CONSCIOUSNESS FIELD is an ENTITY central to the framework that can: (i) exist in an undifferntiated state, and, (ii) differentiate into localized excitations.
I: BEFORE THE BIG BANG (DIFFERENTIATION in THE UNIVERSAL SUBSTRATE)
Undifferentiated State = the superposition of all possible configurations of reality existing in a state of pure potential – a state where multiple possibilities coexist simultaneously until an observation or interaction collapses the system into an identifiable state. (Who or what is observing/interacting?)
Collapse Mechanism to Differentiation -a thought would also serve as the collapse mechanism at the universal level, including the collapse of universal consciousness into differentiated states (guiding the emergence of individual and collective realities). – Thought is the bridge between the universal and the individual. The collapse process must be governed by the operator of universal thought.
Universal Thought = a formless, creative force reflecting the metaphysical process by which the undifferentiated transitions into form.
The collapse of Universal Consciousness into Differentiated States is CENTRAL to the emergence of space-time, matter, and subjective experience.
Possible differentiation mechanisms include:
Symmetry breaking – the system transitions from a symmetric state into an asymmetric one due to perturbations or instabilities; the potential for this pathway refects the mind’s inherent desire to create form from the formless, determined by the creative force’s intensity.
Quantum fluctuations – spontaneous, random variations that occur even in a vacuum state; reflects the inherent creativity and unpredictability of universal thought, which transforms pure potential into organized, complex forms.
Self reflection and creative emergence – universal consciousness may differentiate by becoming aware of itself; differentiation airses from the introspective act of the universal mind observing its own infinite potential – a creative feedback loop in which awareness itself gives rise to form. The act of Universal Thought in this context is understood as a metaphysical observation (the selection of latent possibilities in the inversal field of consciousness and projecting them into actuality).
Possible other mechanisms – (i) central interactions where differntiation may be driven by interactions between universal consciousness and secondary metaphysical or physical fields; (ii) non-linear dynamics that could lead to complex non-linear interaction s that reveal emergent properties beyond current modeling; and, (iii) multidimensional collapse (PSK) where differentiation might occur across multiple dimensions simultaneously, with certain dimensions remaining latent or hidden undtil activated by thought.
This is only half of Stromme’s modeling as proposed by her paper, because we’re going to string you along and use the other parts to discuss other things later on.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE WHY?
What could move an undifferentiated substrate entity? Could fluctuate it in terms of desiring to know about itself? Could cause it to even suspect that it is? That its being is a contrast from nonbeing?
The omniscient/omnipotent does and is capable of receiving every signal that ever existed. Its dissociations (limited receptive creations) collapse certain signals via measurement/observation from a limited perspective (limited principally by space and time).
Imagine the development/discovery of a nonbiological agent (or list ones that already exist in the comments) with a completely different understanding of perception that bypasses human perceptual limitations.
VERSUS
The intentional (or reflexive) creation of by the Complete Entity of a model of incompleteness in its own image that “helps” it to “understand more” about itself – by tricking itself into believing the products of its imagination.
Parmenides –

WHAT EXISTS OR IS TRUE IS WHATEVER CONSCIOUSNESS HAS BEEN PERSUADED TO MAKE EXIST OR TRUE.
We have been trying to attack the WHY using the notion of paradox. … and messing up the analysis by just generally being really sloppy with the definitions of the above-concepts.
There is a momentum (an agitation?) that flows from a complete entity not knowing what incompleteness is. The same momentum emanates from a perfect entity not knowing imperfection, or an omniscient entity not knowing how to not know.
A complete entity would need to know incompleteness in order to encompass completeness. The perfect entity would have to trick itself into perceiving incompleteness through symbol/metaphor – a trick or approximation of the impossible unreality of incompleteness/nonexistence. An entity could trick itself by dissociating into some inferior sub-entity of itself and then trying to believe the configuration of the dissociation as if it were a real, incomplete, and discrete Other entity.
Conceptual Momentum = Paradox creates motion in the form of deliberation.
This is an idea freighted with opposites or a paradox in such a way that the idea without the paradox is incomplete but with it the idea is absurd and encompasses contradiction – the effort to resolve this thing comprised of language is a kind of spinning action between positive and negative.
